Información de Cierre de Escuela
Como se comunicó anteriormente, el cierre de escuelas de todo el distrito de HESD está actualmente en efecto desde el lunes hasta el viernes . Este cierre escolar en todo el distrito permitirá a nuestra comunidad brindar el mejor apoyo y cumplir con las recomendaciones de los funcionarios de salud pública para alentar el “distanciamiento social” en un esfuerzo por frenar la propagación del coronavirus/COVID-19. Se recomienda encarecidamente que los estudiantes se queden en casa durante el cierre tanto como sea posible y que no se reúnan en lugares públicos.
El Distrito determinará semanalmente si se extenderá el cierre de la escuela. Esta decisión se tomará a cabo de una variedad de factores que se desarrollen, incluyendo la orientación de la Salud Pública del Condado de Ventura y la Oficina de Educación del Condado de Ventura.

School Closure Information
As previously communicated, HESD’s district-wide school closure is currently in effect from Monday through Friday. This district-wide school closure will allow our community to best support, and adhere to the recommendations from public health officials to encourage “social distancing” in an effort to slow the spread of coronavirus/COVID-19. It is strongly recommended that students stay home during the closure as much as possible and that they not gather in public places.
The District will determine on a weekly basis whether the school closure will be extended. This decision will be made based on a variety of evolving factors including guidance from Ventura County Public Health and Ventura County Office of Education.
The District will be serving meals at three school sites, from 11:00 - 1:00. The meals will be served “grab-n-go” style.
